How much will the monthly subscription cost?
The price is not set yet. We currently expect around US$70 per month for the stable server version, intended for people administering their own servers. This is an estimate, not a confirmed price. It will fund version updates, bug fixes, new features and simpler server configuration.
How does the double credit work?
When the stable server version launches, the amount you contribute now will be converted into twice that amount in credit toward its monthly subscription. For example, US$50 contributed becomes US$100 in subscription credit. This benefit is intended for those who will administer their own servers. It does not grant in-game items, currency or gameplay advantages.
When will the stable server version launch?
The stable version is in development and a launch date has not been set. Your double credit will apply to its monthly subscription at launch. Follow the project on Discord for updates.
Will I be charged every month?
Not by contributing today. This checkout is a one-time payment in US dollars (USD) and does not start an automatic subscription. Your double credit is for the future monthly subscription to the stable server version. Any currency conversion by your bank is separate.
How is my payment handled?
Stripe processes your payment. RuinWatch does not receive your card details. We keep a payment reference, amount, currency and status to confirm your contribution. Your name and donation are not displayed publicly.
What if I need help with a payment?
Contact the team on the official Discord with your Stripe payment reference. Never share card details. The team can help review payment issues and refund requests.
